Valérie Huppé, consultant and trainer

Valérie Huppé, CIRC, has been associated with Réseau DOF for nearly two(2) years. During her 10 years as a manager in a constantly evolving manufacturing sector, she acquired solid field expertise in both human resources and production management. For over two years, she was in charge of organizational development and continuous improvement at Diageo Approvisionnement Mondial. During her tenure, she actively participated in bringing about a change in the organizational culture, which involved a cooperative continuous improvement approach. Her role as coach, trainer and support for the management team and the different work crews greatly contributed to the success of the approach. Ms. Huppé holds a degree in industrial relations and is a member in good standing of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec.
